電子試驗機 主要用于管材的剝離實驗，鋼帶管的層壓壁拉伸試驗， 以及聚乙烯原料、鋼絲、銅絲的拉伸性能檢測。	炭黑含量測試儀 主要用于黑色母、管材的炭黑含量的檢測。
差示掃描量熱儀 主要用于各種聚乙烯原輔料、 管材及管件的熱穩定性的檢測。	靜液壓試臉系統 由靜液壓試驗機、壓力站、恒溫介質水箱以及試驗夾具   組成。主要用于管材及管件的靜液壓力瞬時爆破試驗。
電阻儀 主要用于管件電阻的檢測。	電子天平 是輔助用于實驗中各種試樣的稱量，精確到0.1mg， 同時用于塑料密度的檢測。
水分測試儀 主要用于原材料水分的檢測。	輔助實驗儀器 是指不用于檢測的儀器。如制樣用的雙輥混煉機、 平板硫化儀、沖片機、預處理用的恒溫烘箱等。
